In the role of Controller, you will work closely with the operations and play a central part in analyzing, monitoring, and developing financial processes within a technical and business-driven environment. You will provide decision support, analysis, and follow-up to help the organization achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

You will become a key partner to managers and operational leaders, working broadly within controlling, reporting, and business support.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring results, costs, and revenues
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
• Conducting profitability analyses and providing decision support
• Managing financial reporting and participating in the closing process
• Ensuring correct accounting in accordance with current regulations
• Monitoring projects and business operations from a financial perspective
• Reviewing contracts and ensuring correct financial handling
• Identifying risks and contributing to risk analysis and improvement measures
• Further developing financial processes, system support, and reporting routines
• Acting as an advisor and support to managers on financial matters

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and business-driven. You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility, while thriving in a role with many contact points.

You have a strong interest in business management and enjoy working in a data-driven manner. Furthermore, you are communicative and able to explain complex information clearly and pedagogically.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience working as a controller or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex information
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Experience with financial reporting and closing processes
• Good system proficiency, preferably with experience in ERP systems and BI tools
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious experience:

• Experience from the energy sector, real estate companies, or technical operations
• Experience in project monitoring and contract controlling
• Knowledge of regulations related to public procurement or energy services

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work at our client's site. The assignment is long-term with good opportunities for permanent placement.

The start date is to be agreed upon, preferably during autumn 2026.
