The Role

As a specialist physician in gynecology with us, you will become an important part of a cross-professional team. You will work with the investigation, treatment, surgery, and follow-up of patients within gynecology, meeting patients via care guarantees, insurance, and private care.

You will have a varied workday where medical quality and patient experience go hand in hand. The role also involves the opportunity to contribute to the development of the operations and create efficient and secure patient flows.

The role includes, among other things:

• performing medical assessments, diagnostics, and treatments within gynecology
• performing surgical procedures and following up on patient care
• making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical record and operation systems
• collaborating closely with nurses, assistant nurses, and other colleagues in the team
• participating in operational development and improvement work
• contributing to training and competence-enhancing initiatives.

About You

Requirements

• Specialist physician in gynecology
• Surgical experience
• Experience in outpatient clinic work
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Ability to work in a structured, flexible, and solution-oriented manner.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months, followed by a permanent position. Scope: 2–4 days per week. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00. Some evening duties may occur. Location: Aleris Specialist Care Malmö Arena, Hyllie.
