What the role entails

As a recruiter, you will become a central part of the company's growth journey. You are responsible for attracting and hiring new salespeople who work with both telemarketing and field sales throughout Sweden.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire recruitment process – from advertising to employment
  • Search and selection of candidates via different channels
  • Conduct interviews, via phone, digitally, and in person
  • Work closely with sales managers to understand needs and requirements
  • Build a candidate pipeline for future recruitments
  • Contribute to employer branding and improvement of recruitment processes

You primarily recruit salespeople for an organization that works with several sales channels, such as telemarketing, field sales, and event-based sales.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are either a recent graduate in personnel/HR or have up to a few years of experience in recruitment.

We believe that you:

  • Have education in HR, personnel administration, or similar
  • Are communicative, social, and have an easy time building trust
  • Thrive in a high pace and are result-oriented
  • Are structured and self-driven
  • Have an interest in people, sales, and development

Extra plus if you:

  • Have previous experience in service, sales, or staffing
  • Are used to working towards goals
