Do you want to help shape the future IT environment within capacity and storage? We are now looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a larger organization with a complex and business-critical IT environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with architects, business operations, and technical specialists to drive strategically important initiatives within infrastructure and platform services.

Your Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating initiatives in the area of capacity and storage. The role involves close collaboration with several different stakeholders where you act as a bridge between business and technology.

You will have a central function in collecting, structuring, and prioritizing requirements, as well as ensuring that solutions are implemented in an efficient and sustainable manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for initiatives within capacity and storage

• Collect, structure, and prioritize requirements from IT operations, development, and IT security

• Drive and coordinate implementation, migration, and introduction of infrastructure services and platform solutions

• Collaborate with architects, technical specialists, and development teams to ensure the correct technical implementation

• Manage dialogue and coordination between multiple stakeholders and external suppliers

• Ensure progress, structure, and communication throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Prepare clear decision support materials for business operations and steering groups

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has a strong drive. You thrive in a role where you can combine leadership, collaboration, and technical understanding.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role within IT

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering and prioritization in larger organizations

• Experience leading implementation, commissioning, or introduction of IT platforms or infrastructure services

• Multi-year experience in migrating and introducing platform or infrastructure services

• Experience with complex IT environments with integrations between multiple systems and third-party solutions

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, application operations, and platform services

• Experience in roles with extensive customer and stakeholder dialogue

• Ability to create collaboration, structure, and engagement in cross-functional teams

Advantageous Experience

It is particularly advantageous if you have:

• Experience from regulated businesses, such as the public sector, banking, insurance, or security-classified operations

• Experience in translating technically complex information into clear decision support materials

• Experience with hybrid environments with integration between on-premise and cloud-based services

• Experience in supplier management or coordination of external operations and infrastructure suppliers in outsourced IT environments

Location

The assignment is based in Stockholm and allows for both remote work and on-site office work. The setup is done in dialogue with the client and based on the business's needs.

Start: 2026-05-31 End: 2027-05-30 Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week
