About the Position

SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) teaching is part of Adult Education, located at "Lärcentrum" (Learning Center), situated at the town square. Here, several different activities coexist, and everyone is happy to help each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibility will be to teach SFI. You must have the ability to teach all courses and tracks. You will plan, conduct, and follow up on your teaching, conduct student interviews, and always keep the individual's development in focus.

We would appreciate it if you had broad teaching qualifications in addition to your Swedish as a Second Language (SvA) competence, as we also offer upper secondary school subjects to both young people and adults.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching license, qualified to teach primarily at the lower secondary and upper secondary levels.
• At least 30 ECTS credits in Swedish as a Second Language, preferably with broad teaching competence.
• Preference given to those qualified to teach Social Studies at the upper secondary level.
• Experience teaching adults and older teenagers.

Interviews will be conducted continuously throughout the recruitment process.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Duration: Permanent.
• Working hours: Daytime. Evening work may occur by agreement.
