We are now looking for swimming instructors/bath attendants for our operations. Together with colleagues, you will greet our guests and ensure that the swimming pool meets the expectations regarding service, cleanliness, and lifeguarding.

What can we offer you?

As a swimming instructor and bath attendant, you have a customer focus and work with swimming instruction, water aerobics, pool supervision, cash register, café, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the pool facility. With us, you help create a pleasant atmosphere and ensure the safety of our pool guests. Together with management and other colleagues, you contribute to developing the swimming and pool operations we have today. The tasks are varied and no day is like the other. To meet our guests' wishes, we are open every day of the week, which means scheduled working hours every day of the week, including evenings and weekends.

What are we looking for in you?

For the applicant, we would prefer that you have swimming instructor training, pool lifeguard training, instructor certification, or other equivalent training as assessed by the employer. Experience in the profession is an advantage. To thrive and succeed in the role, you should:

• Be unpretentious and enjoy having varied tasks
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team
• Take initiative
• Be service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• Have good pedagogical skills

Swimming proficiency is a requirement. A swimming test will be conducted before employment.

We assume you have some computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Information

The position is a temporary assignment until August 31, 2027, at 100%.

Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period.

If offered a position, you must present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1).
