About the Role At Middlepoint, we are currently looking for an independent and flexible service star for a bank branch in Sundbyberg! As a receptionist for this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment with opportunities for development. In this role, you will become an important part of a service team of three receptionists. While you will work primarily in the reception area, you are also expected to assist with various office-related tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting employees and customers
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Room rearrangement and responsibility for conference rooms
  • Bookings and orders
  • Receiving mail and couriers

You have the ability to create a warm and welcoming first impression while working in a structured, solution-oriented manner at a fast pace. This role suits you if you are independent, flexible, and unpretentious, with an eye for detail and a desire to always provide high-level service. Since you will be part of a small team, it is important that you value collaboration and are willing to support others where needed to contribute to a well-functioning workplace.

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma)

About the Employment Employment: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Full-time: 100%. Start: Immediately. Working hours: Monday to Friday, varying schedule, 07:30–16:00 or 09:00–17:30.
