Do you thrive on seeing others succeed and want to make a real difference in people's lives? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Job Coach to join our team at Rusta och Matcha. Here, you will have the opportunity to guide job seekers toward employment and build valuable relationships with employers.
About Connecto
Connecto has been working with individual and organizational development since its founding in 2015, holding several contracts within talent acquisition. We use a structured approach and maintain close collaboration between our employees, who are based across several offices throughout Sweden. We make a difference by helping people find the right jobs and matching the right talent to our clients.
Your Role as Job Coach
In this role, you will become a key person in matching the right talent with the right workplaces. You will work both supporting individuals and building networks with companies. Your main responsibilities include:
- Coaching and Guidance: Assessing participants' needs, strengths, and goals. You will plan and conduct individual support sessions and activities to help them move closer to the labor market.
- Building Employer Contacts: Actively seeking out new, exciting companies and nurturing existing relationships to find new job opportunities.
- Creating Matches: Identifying and presenting qualified candidates to employers, with the goal of creating successful placements.
- Follow-up: Continuously monitoring participants' development and adapting support based on their progress.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in people who is motivated by providing first-class service. You are self-reliant, detail-oriented, and creative, with the ability to build good connections. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
You are solution-focused with a coaching mindset and driven by seeing concrete results. Inspiring others and valuing diversity is second nature to you. Experience in coaching and/or recruitment is a big plus.
Qualifications and Competency Requirements
To succeed in the role of Job Coach with us, you need to meet one of the following qualification requirements:
Option 1:
At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade.
At least three years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Team leadership with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
- Work with working life and labor market issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career guidance
Option 2:
At least 180 higher education credits (or equivalent from a University College).
At least two years of full-time experience working with coaching or similar tasks within, for example, staffing and recruitment.
Additionally, we look for:
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Very good knowledge of using computer-based programs (Word, PowerPoint, email, internet).
- Good knowledge of English.
