We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Procurement Consultant for an exciting assignment focusing on IT procurement, contracts, and negotiations.

In this role, you will work with complex and contract-related issues within the IT sector, with a focus on the procurement of software, SaaS solutions, and consulting services. You will be a key part of ensuring efficient contracts, strong supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations in a requirement-driven business.

This role suits you if you are confident working independently, have a business drive, and thrive in an environment where structure, analysis, and negotiation are central.

• Handle and review various types of IT-related contracts

• Drive and support negotiations with suppliers

• Work on the procurement of software, SaaS solutions, and consulting services

• Ensure commercial and sustainable contract terms

• Provide advice on procurement and contract matters

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a requirement-driven environment

• Have senior experience in procurement and negotiation

• Have a background in IT procurement

• Have experience with contracts related to software, SaaS, and consulting services

• Are accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Thrive in a flexible role with varying tasks

• Experience from regulated operations

• Experience with outsourcing or IT-related contracts

• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing

• Additional language skills relevant to the assignment
