About Kulabodan HVB

Since 1989, Kulabodan has offered comprehensive care and treatment for children and young people aged 10–18. Our operations focus on supporting those who, due to early trauma and/or psychiatric issues, have extensive care and support needs. Many of our residents also have various additional diagnoses. Here, they are offered the opportunity for individual development supported by professional treatment in a beautiful, rural environment. Kulabodan is located on the slopes of Billingen, just outside Skövde.

We are currently looking for both those who want a permanent position (80–100%) and those who wish to work with us during the summer.

About You

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and experience working with young people in vulnerable situations. Whether you are applying for a permanent position or a summer internship, you must be able to work individually, as much of the work is performed one-on-one. The ability to participate in processes and reflect together with the team is also an important part of the job. Good knowledge of Swedish is required.

Qualifications for Permanent Positions

• We are looking for you who are a treatment pedagogue, social worker, or have another adequate behavioral science education.
• Long experience in treatment work is desirable.

Qualifications for Summer Internships

• It is desirable but not a requirement that you have or are studying to become a treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker, or have another adequate education.

About the Employer – Villbergagruppen AB

Villbergagruppen takes a holistic approach to meet young people who need support in life. By adapting housing, education, and treatment to the individual, we want to give our residents and students the prerequisites for a meaningful life. We currently have several HVB homes, a school for students in grades 7–9, as well as housing according to the Social Services Act (LSS) Chapter 9. In several locations in Central Sweden, supported housing is also offered for young people aged 17–20. In recent years, the operations have also come to include strengthened foster homes for children and young people, as well as LSS housing with protection for those who, due to violence, threats, or oppression, are in need of protection.
