We are in an exciting phase of development at Kulabodan and are now looking for both permanent staff and summer replacements for our operations. Do you want to work with people, make a difference, and become part of a dedicated team? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
About Kulabodan HVB
Since 1989, Kulabodan has offered comprehensive care and treatment for children and young people aged 10–18. Our operations focus on supporting those who, due to early trauma and/or psychiatric problems, have extensive care and support needs. Many of our residents also have various additional diagnoses. Here, they are offered the opportunity for individual development with the support of professional treatment in a beautiful, rural environment. Kulabodan is located on the slope of Billingens, just outside Skövde.
We are now looking for both those who want a permanent position at 80–100%, and those who want to work with us during the summer.
About You
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and experience working with young people in vulnerable situations. Whether you are applying for a permanent position or a summer replacement, you must be able to work individually, as much of the work is performed one-on-one. The ability to participate in processes and reflect together with the team is also an important part of the job. Good knowledge of Swedish is required.
Qualifications for Permanent Positions
- We are looking for you who are a treatment pedagogue, social worker, or have another adequate behavioral science education.
- Long experience in treatment work is desirable.
Qualifications for Summer Replacements
- It is desirable but not a requirement that you have or are undergoing training as a treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker, or other adequate education.
What We Offer
As a new employee, you are welcomed into a tightly knit team with much creativity, creating good opportunities for development in an environment characterized by energy, experience, and joy of work.
You are also offered internal training and good opportunities for development. We have external supervision 1 day/month and continuously train our staff.
Other Important Information
An extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register for staff at HVB homes is always required before employment.
If you have any questions, please contact:
Tove Svantesson at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, and the positions may be filled before the final application date. Therefore, please submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than June 14.
We look forward to receiving your application!
About the Employer – Villbergagruppen AB
Villbergagruppen takes a holistic approach to meet young people who need support in life. By adapting housing, education, and treatment to the individual, we want to give our residents and students the prerequisites for a meaningful life. We currently have several HVB homes, a school for students in grades 7–9, as well as housing according to the LSS Act (Support and Service Act). In several locations in Central Sweden, supported housing is also offered for young people aged 17–20. In recent years, the operations have also come to include reinforced foster homes for children and young people, as well as LSS housing with protection for those who, due to violence, threats, or oppression, are in need of protection.
