About the role As a Workplace Operations Support, you are part of the Workplace Operations team and work hands-on on-site with the client. You are a visible point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring that the workplace is safe, functional, and pleasant. Your main responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and ensure that office, meeting, and public areas are in good condition
• Proactively identify and resolve simple workplace and service issues
• Support meetings and events, including furniture setup and catering coordination
• Manage internal deliveries, mail, goods, and distribution
• Ensure coffee machines, vending areas, and common spaces are kept clean, stocked, and well-maintained through regular upkeep and cleaning
• Create, manage, and follow up on work orders
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers

• A high school education or equivalent, along with up to two years of relevant work experience
• A service-oriented, practical, and solution-focused approach to work
• The ability to work in a structured and independent manner in a dynamic daily routine
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and a curious approach to work
