At K-Prefab in Finja, you work in a production environment involving molding, reinforcement, casting, and finishing of walls, floor slabs, balconies, and other concrete elements. You always work in collaboration with a dedicated team striving for high quality and safety.

Your responsibilities

As a concrete worker, you play a central role in the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. You work flexibly and can switch between different departments depending on the needs of the business. Examples of tasks within production include:

• Reinforce, mold, and cast according to drawings
• Finish concrete elements
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work in a team and contribute to a good production flow
• Follow safety procedures and quality-assure your work
• Be flexible and able to switch between workstations

Your profile

We are looking for someone with commitment, drive, and a willingness to learn, who has experience working in the concrete industry, production, or construction environment. Since the work is physically demanding, it is important that you have good physical fitness. We prefer that you have previously worked with concrete. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are interested in further developing your skills within the industry.

We look for the following:

• Good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
• Thorough and responsible in your work
• Forklift license and overhead crane license (meritorious)
