We are looking for an administrative assistant for a part-time position with our client. The assignment is fully remote and involves supporting the business with administrative tasks in daily operations.

This role is suitable for you if you are studying, have another part-time job, or are looking for a flexible side job where you can work independently and structured from home.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming emails and simple correspondence
• Updating documents, registers, and administrative systems
• Scheduling meetings and providing support in planning and coordination
• Supporting the team with ongoing administrative tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and responsible. You have good computer skills, work independently, and express yourself clearly in writing.

Previous experience in administrative work is an advantage but not a requirement. You must be able to communicate in Swedish or English.
