We are looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with a lovely ten-year-old boy in central Malmö. The days are very varied in working with him. There are days filled with play, laughter, and mischief, but also times when your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and challenging situations. Therefore, it is important to constantly stay focused and interested in his well-being, as well as being adaptable and preventive in different environments. Situations involving acting out do occur, so experience in working with a low-arousal approach is a significant advantage.

Since the boy has limited verbal communication, it is important that you are interested in communication and understand what communication can mean from a broader perspective.

From experience, we know that it works best with male assistants, and since you need a high degree of personal maturity, we believe you are at least 25 years old.

The person we are looking for should be engaged and work with an open mind. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with children with autism and intellectual disabilities (ID). Your background does not necessarily need to be as a personal assistant; you may have worked in other types of operations.

You should be positive, attentive, responsible, and playful. With great responsibility for steering and planning the day, as well as working with clarity. It is incredibly important to build a relationship and work according to his needs. This creates trust and security.

• Understand to put the boy's needs at the forefront during working hours.
• Can write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish as daily written documentation takes place.

The position involves work at all times of the day and night. Initially, this is a temporary position, but for the right person, there is an opportunity for a permanent position.
