We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Genarp.

About the job as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your overall task is to assist the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who are responsible, responsive, and have an easy time learning new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

A Category B driver's license is required as you must be able to drive the customer's car.

About the employment

The form of employment is for a fixed term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary depending on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays as well as weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
