Mudo is an established fitness company that has been working with gyms, martial arts, and fitness since 1975, with several facilities in the Stockholm area and an online shop selling fitness equipment. Mudo offers the joy of training, personal development, and community for all ages. As Sweden's first and largest fitness company within Taekwondo, self-defense & martial arts fitness, they stand for high-quality, content-rich, and effective training for people with high demands.

As an employee at Mudo, you will work at Mudo Academy, which is Sweden's oldest Taekwondo club and the fastest-growing fitness company within martial arts. Mudo is one of the few players in the gym industry, and the only company within martial arts, that is collectively affiliated. At Mudo, you as an employee will work with great freedom and significant personal responsibility. The company offers flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work during the low season, and you always have the opportunity to take vacation for the entire month of July.

About the Position

Mudo is now looking for an administrator with relatively broad responsibilities. The tasks include working with member administration and customer service, being the contact person for people interested in starting to train, and maintaining ongoing personal contact with members. The job also involves presenting the company's products, directly to members, as well as by working with the company's online shop.

The position is full-time.

The workplace is located at Mudo's facility in Sickla, but work may also take place at the city facility on Odenplan. Furthermore, there are conditions for working remotely one or several days a week, except during the high season.

Start date by agreement, as soon as possible.

Requirements and Merits

To be considered for the position, you need to have:

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish
  • Very good digital skills
  • A high sense of customer service

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Longer administrative experience
  • Experience in qualified and complex administration
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of another of the widely spoken languages in Sweden
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in sales work directed at end customers
  • A personal interest in fitness

About the Recruitment Process

This recruitment is conducted by Kollega together with Mudo, for employment at Mudo AB.
