Your role

As a Car Rental Agent, you will handle the customer's rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

The station is currently open Monday–Friday between 07:00–18:00. Working hours vary depending on the season but are scheduled within opening hours. During certain periods, weekend shifts may also be available.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions at the counter, via phone, and email.
• Active work with needs analysis and upselling SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Car washing and damage inspection.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

About you

• You are trustworthy and have a natural service mindset.
• You are results-oriented and responsible.
• You have the ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driver's license for at least one year.
• Good computer skills.
