About the Role

We work with clients facing investments, changes, or development initiatives that require a clear understanding of the current state, capacity, and possible approaches.

As a Solutions Designer at Pokayoke, you are responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from operations. You break down flows, volumes, and resource utilization, and produce analyses used to make well-founded decisions regarding automation, layout changes, capacity, and staffing.

The role involves close collaboration with operations, project managers, and clients, where the analysis must be clear, relevant, and serve as support for decision-making and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyze data from various operations

• Break down flows, volumes, and resource utilization

• Identify cost drivers and efficiency potential

• Prepare calculations for current state and future solutions

• Model scenarios in cases such as automation or layout changes

• Prepare decision support materials for investments and changes

• Dimension capacity and staffing

• Support projects and operations with analysis and data

• Visualize and present analysis in a clear and decision-oriented manner

Who Are You?

You have an analytical approach and thrive in complex issues where data, flows, and operational needs must be put into context. You understand how logistics operations function in daily operations and have the ability to translate insights into concrete recommendations and decision support.

Furthermore, you work in a structured and business-minded manner, with the ability to communicate data and conclusions clearly and relevantly to both operations and decision-makers.

Your Background

We would like you to:

• Have a background in logistics, engineering, industrial economics, or a similar field

• Have experience with data analysis in operations

• Be strong in modeling, structure, and data-driven analysis

• Have an understanding of warehouse flows and logistics systems

• Be able to translate analysis into clear decision support

• Have experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI

• Have experience with layout or simulation tools
