About the position

Perido is looking for several junior employees for a client assignment with a Swedish government agency. The working hours are between 08:00–16:30, located on-site at the client's office at Telefonplan in Stockholm. Please note that you are required to work throughout June and July. Your main responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding electricity support (elstöd).

The work includes the following tasks:

• Independent work based on guidelines and practice
• Planning and follow-up of cases
• Handling of telephony, email, and letters
• Review and processing of cases

The assignment begins with an introductory training so that you feel confident in your knowledge when you start taking calls. Your responsible manager and supervisor are also always close by to provide support for any questions that may arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least one (1) year of combined work experience relevant to the assignment, such as customer service, administration, or basic case processing. The work must have included customer meetings, telephony, and handling of email and letters
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Service-oriented with strong communication skills

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for six months, with a possibility of extension. Start in June.
