Regus in Mariestad is now looking for a service-oriented receptionist available for on-demand work.

In this role, you will support our teams in both locations when needs arise – for example, during sick leave, holidays, or periods of higher activity. You will become an important part of our office hotels and contribute to creating a professional and pleasant environment for our customers.

About the role

As a receptionist with us, you are the face of both our customers and their visitors. You thrive in a dynamic environment and appreciate meeting people with a professional, warm, and solution-oriented approach.

Regus rents out flexible office solutions – from private offices to coworking and lounge access – and you will play a central role in ensuring smooth daily operations at our center in Mariestad.

Your responsibilities

• Receive and welcome customers and visitors
• Answer phones and handle couriers, mail, and deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers
• Organize and participate in customer events
• Refill coffee machines and empty dishwashers
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms
• Ensure a high level of service and a pleasant working environment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is presentable, positive, and enjoys interacting with people. You are proactive, problem-solving, and like taking responsibility. You work efficiently, keep things organized, and have a knack for seeing what needs to be done.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
• At least 2 years of experience from the service industry, e.g., hotels, reception, or customer service
• Ability to work shifts in both Mariestad and Skövde
