Receptionist / Hotel Hostess
We are now looking for a receptionist/hotel hostess to join our team. Here, personality, energy, and a service-oriented mindset are more important than extensive experience – the rest can be learned!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Guest services and bookings
- Breakfast service and preparation
- Simple administrative tasks
- Creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests
We are looking for someone who:
- Is service-minded and enjoys meeting people
- Has good computer skills
- Is flexible and able to work various shifts
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Is at least 20 years old
- Is willing to help out wherever needed
Previous experience in a hotel or reception setting is an advantage, but not a requirement. We value the right personality and attitude above experience.
