Responsibilities

As an IT Technician, you will have a varied day-to-day life focused on the development, implementation, and improvement of IT environments. You will work both in projects and with ongoing technical deliveries, ensuring high quality and contributing solutions that create long-term value for customers.

Your tasks will include, for example:

• Working with IT infrastructure regarding servers, networks, and security
• Managing central client environments (applications, updates, and security)
• Troubleshooting and handling advanced cases
• Participating in projects and developing customers' IT environments
• Acting as technical support and advisor to customers

We are looking for you who:

• Have a few years of experience working with IT
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, as both languages are used in the work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in IT support
• Education within IT and/or certifications in relevant areas

The client would appreciate if you have knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Operations and administration of Azure cloud solutions
• Management of devices and applications with Intune
• Administration and development of SharePoint
• End-to-end solutions and integration in Microsoft 365
• Identity and access management with Entra ID
• Operations and troubleshooting of networks
• Security architecture, incident handling, and IAM
