Olofström Health Center is part of Hälsoval Blekinge. At the health center, we are approximately 30 employees in various professions working closely together. We have over 7,000 registered patients of different ages.

The health center is environmentally certified. We are located close to the bus station, offering good commuting opportunities. In Region Blekinge, we have access to two gyms, one in Karlshamn and one in Karlskrona, and we also offer an annual wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK.

The workplace has several development projects underway and works based on RAK, which stands for "Right Use of Competence." This means we strive for each professional group to work at the peak of their competence. The health center now needs to expand with two doctors. Do you want to be part of our team and work with us?

About the Job

As a doctor at Olofström Health Center, you will work broadly within the field of general medicine, handling both emergency and scheduled appointments. You will also have the opportunity to help shape some of your working conditions. We offer variety in work and provide development opportunities regarding the future tasks and operations of general medicine, as well as supervision of specialist trainee doctors (ST-läkare).

We have good competence across all professions and offer a workplace with high job satisfaction, strong cohesion, new exciting projects, and challenges.

About You

We are looking for you who have a Swedish medical license with specialist competence in general medicine. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. For us, it is valuable that you have a good manner of dealing with people and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.

Region Blekinge assigns all permanent staff to wartime duties. Some of our positions are security-classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). Applicants who are considered for employment must present an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record register before employment (form 442.9).
