Eltel needs to strengthen the team in Gothenburg with a senior professional within business support. We consist of a friendly team that supports each other in daily life and jumps in where needed.

Responsibilities

In the role of Business Support, you work administratively and coordinatively, focusing on supporting the district's tendering process from incoming requests to submitted tenders.

You collaborate with the sales organization, project managers, and other functions to ensure a structured, quality-assured, and competitive tendering process.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Administratively coordinate the tendering process within the district
• Ensure that incoming requests are handled according to established processes and routines
• Compile tender documentation, attachments, and administrative materials
• Ensure that tenders meet formal, commercial, and administrative requirements
• Create, compile, and quality-assure tender calculations
• Ensure that calculations are correctly structured and based on current conditions and risk assessments
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and other functions regarding calculation conditions, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor deadlines and ensure correct versioning, archiving, and traceability in the tendering process
• Contribute to order, structure, and continuous improvements in tendering and calculation work

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in tendering and independent calculation work within technical operations
• Experience from infrastructure, installation, telecom, or energy
• Experience of public procurement and structured tendering processes
• Experience working in system support, business systems, and calculation programs

You have experience in tendering and calculation work within technical operations and are accustomed to working structured and towards clear deadlines in a coordinating role.

As a person, you are careful, structured, and have very good administrative skills. You have good communication skills and are confident in a coordinating and supporting role. You work methodically, independently, and have the ability to meet deadlines.

• The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period
