Ringelskolan is a school for grades 4–6 in central Arvidsjaur, located close to a swimming hall, sports hall, and ice rink. The school's nature-rich setting invites outdoor activities. Arvidsjaur's center is just a few minutes' walk from the school.

Job Description

You will work as a resource teacher and substitute teacher during temporary absences. You will have a base schedule as a resource teacher, working in a two-teacher system. In the event of temporary absences, you will replace the absent teacher and teach groups independently.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4–6. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children in need of special support. The position requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to the needs of the operation, both as a resource teacher and as a temporary substitute.

We want you to have high expectations and a belief that all students can succeed. As a teacher, you adapt the instruction based on each student's unique prerequisites and view school development as a natural part of the teaching role. You have a low-affective approach and are clear in your communication. You collaborate with teachers, student health services, and other relevant personnel with the student's best interest in focus.

You can motivate students to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying the goals for them. You easily find forms of collaboration and see the work team and student health services as an asset. We place great importance on your ability to create good personal relationships.

Upon employment, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register according to the Education Act (2010:800 Chapter 2, Section 31).

The position is a fixed-term appointment for the academic year 2026/2027.
