About the role

We are looking for an engaged site foreman for various construction projects throughout Skåne. The role involves responsibility for the workplace, planning and execution of projects, as well as ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will base yourself at each respective project, and a company car is provided for commuting to and from work. The role offers both short-term opportunities and long-term career development within the company.

We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, drive, and a willingness to take responsibility, who can inspire and guide the work crew on-site. Experience as a foreman or in a leadership position within the industry is required. You should be confident in making decisions, organizing work, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to plan.

Main responsibilities

As a site foreman, you will lead and plan the work on-site, ensuring that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You are responsible for safety and working conditions and will also participate in practical work, including foundation work and other construction tasks. In this role, you will use machinery and smaller equipment safely and efficiently; certificates for various machines are a plus. You will monitor the team's work and provide support and guidance to help your colleagues develop. The work is physically active and involves many practical tasks, while also combining planning and responsibility.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• Trained construction worker
• Experience as a foreman or in a leadership role
• Leadership qualities, drive, and ability to take responsibility
• Experience with machinery and construction work
• Good physical condition and accustomed to physical work
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Preferred qualifications:

• Certificates for various machines
• Experience with foundation work
• Previous experience in project management or site supervision
