Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference for the students in their lifelong learning. Our operations are permeated by a positive outlook, and we have strong faith in the students' abilities. A strong value base and a positive view of students are very important to us. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for the students. You work in teams with teacher colleagues and support pedagogues. Our mission is to jointly lead and support the students in their social and academic development. In the team, the pedagogues help each other with planning, teaching, and the students' school day. Mentorship for a class is included in the position.

Who are you?

You have a Swedish teaching qualification in music. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to implement curriculum goals in your work. You have clear leadership skills and stand strong in your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and action-researching pedagogue who challenges and stimulates students to develop. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you. You have direct and humble communication with guardians and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You should be positive and cooperative and ready to join an international team.

In your role, you teach in Swedish, but between colleagues, we primarily speak English, but also Swedish. This means you need to master both languages fluently, both in speech and writing.

Employment Terms

The position is a permanent part-time employment, 50%, with a start date in Autumn Term 2026. A probationary period of 6 months applies.
