We are currently looking for an experienced personal assistant for a young man living in Helsingborg. We are seeking a stable individual who is self-assured, structured, and able to provide strong support to the user. As a personal assistant, you will help a person with multiple disabilities with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Tasks include, but are not limited to, showering, dressing and undressing, diaper changes, brushing teeth, feeding, cooking, cleaning, and various indoor and outdoor activities.

The position involves day and night shifts with varying schedules. You must be available to be called in outside of regular working hours during the day.

It is crucial that you view this profession as more than just a temporary job and that you are genuinely passionate about helping people. We are looking for someone who is mature, resilient, cooperative, a good team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoys exercising and staying active. However, your personal suitability is the most important factor. You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and likely reside not too far from Helsingborg.
