Peab Foundation in Greater Gothenburg is now looking for a foreman who wants to make a difference – for real.

The role of Foreman

As a foreman, you are a key person in our projects. You plan, lead, and distribute the work for our skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring that production runs according to plan with the right quality and on time. You collaborate closely with the site manager and are responsible for, among other things:

• Daily management of production
• Planning of resources – personnel, materials, and machinery
• Quality assurance and customer contact
• Creating a good work climate and driving the team's development

Travel and overnight stays occur, primarily Monday to Thursday.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• Post-secondary technical education within civil engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role from the construction industry, preferably in foundation work
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions
• A genuine interest in leadership and team development
• Good computer skills, a valid driver's license (Category B), and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
