As an Economy Assistant with us, you will have a varied role where you combine classic economic tasks with administrative duties. You work closely with colleagues in the organization and gain good insight into the entire business.

Examples of tasks

• Continuous bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and payments
• Reconciliations and simpler monthly closing tasks
• Handling of receipts and expenses
• Support in administrative tasks, such as document management and some office administration
• Other tasks related to economy and administration as needed

The position is full-time and the work is based on-site in Halmstad.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in economics or equivalent work experience
• Has experience with similar tasks (meritorious, but not a requirement)
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Thrives in a small team where colleagues help each other
• Is computer literate and preferably has experience with the economic system SAP and Excel
• Is flexible and unpretentious
