Lincona AB is growing and is now looking for more employees within building construction. We are primarily looking for you who want to work as a building designer or case handler, but you who are a structural engineer or project manager are also warmly welcome to get in touch.

About the Role

At Lincona, you will work closely with customers, projects, and colleagues in varied and technically developing assignments. The role is adapted to your experience and may include, among other things:

• Investigations and technical solutions in early stages
• Calculation and dimensioning
• Modeling in 2D and 3D
• Preparation of construction documents
• Technical coordination and project dialogue
• Review and quality assurance
• Case handling and project responsibility

For those with longer experience, there is an opportunity to take a more leading role with responsibility for customer relations, economics, and project management.

We are looking for you who

Are a civil engineer, university college engineer, or have equivalent experience within building construction. You have at least a few years of experience from the industry and feel confident in the role of designer or case handler. We would appreciate if you have experience with:

• Dimensioning of steel, concrete, and timber structures
• FEM-Design, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Coordination between different disciplines
• Customer contact and project management

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and engaged. You thrive in collaboration, have a technical drive, and are happy to contribute to both quality and a good atmosphere in projects.

About Lincona

Lincona offers technical consulting services within building construction and design. We work with assignments of different sizes and characteristics, from smaller renovations to more extensive design assignments where we are often the lead designers and have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire structural frame from foundation to roof truss. Our head office is in Uddevalla, and we also have operations in Gothenburg. Depending on the role, project, and your situation, there is an opportunity to work remotely by agreement.
