Tryggakliniken Kristianstad
Do you want to complete your Specialist Training (ST) in a modern primary care setting where structure, quality, and development are at the center?
We are now looking for a licensed physician who wishes to complete their ST in general medicine and help develop the New Tryggakliniken – where digitalization, structured working methods, and medical quality go hand in hand.
Tryggakliniken Kristianstad was established in 2018 and is part of a growing group within primary care, occupational health services, and wellness. We are located in modern premises at C4 Shopping in Hammar and currently consist of approximately 20 employees with a strong sense of teamwork.
With us, you will have the opportunity to develop in a practice where medical quality, structure, and the smart use of digital tools are a natural part of the work.
How we work
At Tryggakliniken, we actively work to create a sustainable and modern primary care environment. This includes, among other things:
- Digital workflows and structured forms for better medical documentation
- Clear routines for prioritization, follow-up, and task management – both digitally and physically
- Continuous development work on how primary care can use digital tools wisely and safely for patients
Our ambition is for digital tools to support medical work and free up time for patients, not to create more administration.
About us
At Tryggakliniken, we offer:
- A cohesive, multi-professional team
- A work environment where we use digital tools to simplify – not complicate
- The opportunity to influence how the clinic develops forward, both digitally and organizationally
We value a culture where everyone contributes to the development of the practice and where new ideas are embraced.
To thrive with us, we believe you
- Have a genuine interest in evidence-based primary care and good medical quality
- Appreciate structure, common routines, and digital support in daily life
- Are curious about developing working methods and not just "doing what we have always done"
- Have a clear and respectful communication style – both towards patients and colleagues
We offer
- A structured and engaging Specialist Training (ST) program
- Mentorship from experienced colleagues
- A good work environment with collegial support
- The opportunity to help develop the primary care of the future
