Karla Health Centre is a pleasant, centrally located health centre in Väster, Örebro, with approximately 11,500 registered patients. In addition to your core duties as a district physician, we would appreciate it if you were engaged in operational development and contributed ideas, initiatives, and new perspectives. We strive to combine a good working environment with high patient safety – with the goal of offering safe, close, and accessible care to all our patients. A natural part of a good working environment for us is that you, as a district physician, are given good opportunities to develop your professional interests. We also offer the possibility to shape an individual solution based on your wishes and needs – for example, with side assignments or specific areas of responsibility. We have close cooperation with municipal care, both within home care and care and nursing homes.

As a district physician at Karla Health Centre, you are responsible for your own patient list. The work is varied – we receive both patients with acute ailments and those with chronic diseases. Supervision of younger colleagues or residents is a natural part of the assignment.

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine, or have another specialist competence that the employer deems relevant for the position. You have good collaboration skills, are happy to share your experiences, and contribute to an open and positive working climate at the health centre. We value your ability to create good encounters – with both patients and colleagues – and your engagement in the development of the operations. Personal suitability is given great importance.
