We are looking for substitutes for our client in Motala. As a personal assistant, you are expected to have empathy, be attentive, and have a good understanding of what good customer service means for the client. Our client is a positive man who is quick to laugh. He enjoys speed and excitement, but it is also important that you can calm things down as he gets mentally tired easily. The duties include helping with everything from daily care, personal hygiene, to household chores and activities. All transfers are done with a lift; he moves around in a power wheelchair which he drives himself. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as some documentation and record-keeping are required. A valid driver's license is required as the client has his own car and wants you to be able to drive him. • You need to have BankID/Mobile BankID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply early!
• You must be able to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish as the job involves customer contact and some documentation.
• Shift times: 08:00–19:00 and 19:00–08:00 (On-call/waiting time 24:00–05:15).
