Malung-Sälen Upper Secondary School offers 8 national upper secondary programs and several IM (Individualized) programs. The school has a strong sports profile focused on winter sports, with national sports education programs in freeski, snowboard, and alpine skiing, NIU (National Sports Education) programs in freeski and snowboard, as well as LIU hockey. We also offer ski instructor training as a special variant. The school has approximately 350 students and is characterized by a family-like and developmental environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Resident Caretaker, you act as an adult support figure in the daily lives of the young people residing at the facility. You organize simple leisure activities, assist with meals, and collaborate with guardians and the school when necessary.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested in and enjoys working with young people. You have an easy time building good relationships and connecting with others. You can organize and take initiative for activities and carry them out together with the young people. You possess integrity and are secure and balanced. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
Working hours: Shift schedule (afternoons, evenings, and weekends).

Experience in pedagogical work is an advantage. Interest in sports is also considered an advantage.
