Job Responsibilities

In the role of Coach, your primary task is to provide support to individuals with various functional variations in their daily lives. The support is always based on the individual's needs and wishes. Our staff work empathetically and motivationally to support the individual in living as independent a life as possible. The support is provided at our Day Activity Centre, Collega Arbetsliv.

The work includes documenting the intervention and creating written implementation plans, so you need to have good written communication skills. The job requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to work and take responsibility both independently and in a group.

Qualifications

You have at least a high school education in care and nursing or other equivalent education.

Experience working with the target group is meritorious. We would also appreciate if you have knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing), Low-Affective Response, and ESL (Emotional Stability and Life Quality).

A valid driver's license (Category B) is meritorious.

You should be calm and stable in situations that may be stressful. You must be responsible and able to structure your work independently. You should have social competence, be able to collaborate with others, and take responsibility for your work environment. You should have pedagogical insight into people's different prerequisites and be able to adapt your communication style accordingly.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience working with the target group is meritorious.
