About the Job

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who wants to be a key part of the finance department at Vesani Sweden AB. We are a rapidly growing company with a wide range of furniture, lighting, and interior design products for both indoor and outdoor environments – featuring a 2,000 m² showroom in the heart of Ängelholm and a strong digital sales channel. In this role, you will work on-site in Ängelholm in a small, close-knit team alongside our CFO and Accountant, collaborating closely with other departments – particularly Customer Service and Sales – on financial matters. Here, decision-making paths are short and everyone contributes. This position suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, like order and structure, and are comfortable with routines and processes changing as the company grows.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting Assistant, your main responsibilities include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Management of customer and supplier ledgers (receivables and payables)
• Balance reconciliations during monthly closing
• Collaboration with Customer Service and Sales on financial-related questions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education or work experience within finance and accounting
• A good understanding of accounting and financial flows
• Experience with Visma.net (ERP) is a plus but not required
• Background from a retail or e-commerce company and understanding of the financial flows in such operations is a plus but not required.

Other Information

The position is full-time with a start in August or as agreed. The employment begins with a 6-month probation period.
