About the role

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment chain, from defining requirements and sourcing to interviews, selection, reference checks, and follow-up. You work closely with the business to understand competency needs and ensure the right match. The role also involves ongoing contact with candidates, consultants, and clients, as well as active work on developing and quality-assuring our recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Write job ads, source candidates, and conduct headhunting via various channels.
• Conduct interviews and make qualified selections.
• Perform reference checks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with four years of recruitment experience who is confident in their role and has managed the recruitment process "from A to Z". You are accustomed to working independently while thriving in close collaboration with others. You have a professional and trustworthy demeanor and are skilled at building relationships. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and highly driven. You are communicative, receptive, and have strong prioritization skills in a dynamic environment. Experience in the construction and infrastructure industry is highly desirable but not mandatory. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish and communicate very well in English. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
