We put the children at the center, and our diverse activities create opportunities for every child to develop and discover their interests. Our operations are based on Montessori pedagogy and the Swedish Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö18).

We are currently offering an engaged and reliable childcare assistant a temporary position on our youngest children's department during May–June. This position may be extended during the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm and a strong interest in supporting our youngest children in their development. You should have good teamwork skills, be responsible, and demonstrate an empathetic approach. You should appreciate daily outdoor activities and maintain high attendance. You act in accordance with established decisions, the curriculum, and the preschool's guidelines. We have high ambitions for our children's learning and development.

To work as a substitute in a preschool, a valid police certificate of good conduct (not older than one year) is required.
