We are immediately seeking an independent Economic Administrator for an urgent assignment with a client in Helsingborg. About the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately and lasting for approximately three months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are possibilities to extend the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities
You will work with supplier and customer invoices, daily bookkeeping, payments, and follow-ups. The role also involves some administrative handling related to contracts, emails, and internal routines. The work requires good structure and confidence in working independently against deadlines. The work is carried out in close dialogue with an external accounting firm.
- Ongoing bookkeeping of supplier and customer invoices
- VAT handling (including reverse charge and leasing)
- Daily bank reconciliations and accounting vouchers
- Sending and follow-up of customer invoices
- Compilation of data related to cards, leasing, and expenses
- Other administrative handling as needed
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Experience in a similar role within economic administration
- Detail-oriented, structured, and accustomed to working independently
You are flexible and open to change, take initiative, and work meticulously. You thrive in collaboration with others and are comfortable in dialogue with both internal and external parties.
