Lendahlsskolan is a municipal school for grades F–6 with approximately 240 students, located in the city center of Alingsås. The school is housed in a charming building from 1907, close to both the library, cultural house, and the outdoor area of Nolhagaparken.

Here, we actively work with IBIS projects to promote inclusion, safety, and student participation. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and secure teacher for grades F-3 who wants to make a difference for our students every day. You will work as a class teacher for the younger age groups, responsible for teaching, planning, assessment, and follow-up based on the curriculum.

At our school, we work in an area with high socioeconomic needs, which requires clear leadership, good structure, and an inclusive approach. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a stable and relationship-building adult who can lead a class with warmth, clarity, and high expectations.

You actively work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. Collaboration with colleagues, student health services, and guardians is a natural part of the assignment.

We value that you have a good ability to lead and organize teaching and that you are clear, responsible, and solution-focused. You build good relationships with both students and guardians and have an inclusive and low-affective approach. Above all, you thrive in a operation where you make a big difference for the students' future.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated and certified as a teacher for F-3
• Have a good ability to lead a class and build good relationships
• Are secure, clear, and consistent in your leadership
• Have experience or interest in working in socioeconomically disadvantaged areas
• Work inclusively and have a solution-focused approach
• Have good collaboration skills with colleagues, student health services, and guardians
• Can adapt teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

You have clear pedagogical leadership and the ability to create structure, safety, and study peace in the classroom.
