We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, have professional experience from home care, and a genuine interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing tasks to care staff, and you are motivated by creating high-quality care for the elderly together with your colleagues.

In home care, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for your patients, but you are also often the first on the scene in emergency situations. The transition to "Close Care" means that more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place in the home. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You also get a unique insight into your patients' lives and care for the whole person.

About the recruitment process
