• We are now looking for a Foreman with electrical competence and administrative strength who can combine technical understanding with project management and order & discipline.

About the role

• As a foreman with us, you will have a key role in our projects. You are responsible for leading installers and electricians, planning the work, ensuring quality, and following up on economics and documentation.
• You work both operationally and administratively – from planning to completed installation.

Responsibilities

• Planning and supervision of electrical and solar cell projects
• Coordination of installers, electricians, and subcontractors
• Ensuring that the work follows electrical safety requirements and current regulations
• Documentation, self-inspections, and project follow-up
• Time reporting and material follow-up
• Contact with clients, suppliers, and grid owners
• Pre-notification/completion notification to grid companies
• Invoicing basis and administrative project follow-up

We are looking for you who:

• Have electrical education (at least ECY certificate or equivalent experience)
• Have experience in supervision within electricity or solar cells
• Have good administrative skills and work in a structured manner
• Are familiar with digital systems (e.g., Fortnox, Bygglet, or similar)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently (English is an advantage)
• Have a B driver's license

Meritorious

• Experience with solar cell installations
• Knowledge of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's regulations
• Experience working with larger commercial projects
