The Municipal Executive Board Secretariat is the municipality's central support to the organization. Here, the finance office, personnel office, municipal executive office, as well as the culture and leisure unit, are gathered.

The Personnel Office is a support function for our organization in matters concerning personnel, payroll, and staffing issues. We are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the municipality has a good personnel and payroll policy, a good working environment, and active gender equality work. Description

We are strengthening our team and are now looking for another dedicated recruiter to join the Recruitment and Staffing Unit! As a recruiter with us, you will become a colleague in a wonderful team and will work to support the municipality's operations within competency-based recruitment. The position involves independent work where you have clear support from your manager and colleagues. You drive the recruitment processes in close dialogue with responsible managers and act as a strategic and operational partner in recruitment matters.

The Recruitment and Staffing Unit consists of seven people who work with recruitment, onboarding of new employees, as well as staffing and scheduling. We offer support to our various departments, and we are part of the Personnel Office. The goal is for all departments to eventually receive support from our unit as part of our work to be an attractive employer.

Responsibilities

In the role of recruiter, you are responsible for planning, leading, and conducting the entire recruitment process, which includes:

  • Drafting job advertisements and interview materials
  • Coordinating and structuring the different parts of the recruitment process
  • Candidate management, including communication, selection, and interviews
  • Support and advice to managers in selection and decision-making moments
  • Quality assurance of the process based on competency-based recruitment
  • Development and improvement work of recruitment strategies
  • Employer branding, which may involve planning and participating in job fairs, organizing recruitment days, and visibility on social media
  • Creating digital material for our social media channels

You play a central role in ensuring professional and accurate recruitment that contributes to the municipality attracting and retaining the right competence.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you have a degree in Human Resources Management or education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in recruitment, preferably with a competency-based approach.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked in a politically governed organization.

The role requires that you are confident in yourself and that you can drive your processes independently. You enjoy working in a development-oriented manner where you contribute ideas and solutions. You act proactively and take the initiatives required, in accordance with decisions and guidelines made to achieve good results.

Since the position involves frequent contact with managers, candidates, and colleagues – both internally and externally – you need to have a good ability to build and maintain professional relationships. You are receptive, communicative, and collaborate in a non-hierarchical manner. The work can sometimes vary, requiring adaptability based on emerging needs.

The position requires that you have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You have good computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B).
