We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Jobbkompaniet Nova in Borås! We are seeking someone who wants to be challenged and develop in the role of a Job Coach. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are passionate about supporting and motivating others to reach their goals and enter employment.
One of the primary tasks of a Job Coach is to create comprehensive application documents for participants. Therefore, we assume that your own application documents are well-crafted and appealing.

Requirements for the position:
- You have a university-level education where you have studied at least 180 higher education credits.
- You have at least two (2) years of combined full-time work experience.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Job Responsibilities:
In the role of Job Coach, you will interact with job seekers who need extra support to enter the labor market. Your job will consist of three main parts. The first part involves making contact with employers and matching suitable candidates to jobs or studies. The second part consists of supporting and equipping job seekers to become more competitive. The third part is administrative, as participants' development must be regularly reported to the Swedish Public Employment Service. Your duties include, among other things:
- Coaching conversations
- Guidance towards work or studies
- Administration, such as case management and reporting to the Swedish Public Employment Service
- Planning your own work as well as participants' activities
- Conducting lectures and seminars
- Matching job seekers with employers
- Constantly working to expand your network of employer contacts
The Position:
The position is initially part-time, with opportunities to move to full-time in the future. Working hours are weekdays during office hours. You will be based in Borås and responsible for staffing our offices during opening hours. We offer a fixed monthly salary plus a performance-based bonus.
Start date is by agreement. We place great importance on personality, as we are looking for someone who not only does a good job but also fits into our team.
About you:
We believe you are a goal-oriented person who loves supporting and helping others. You should be flexible, organized, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You value diversity and understand that people have different prerequisites and come from different cultures.
To succeed as a Job Coach, you must also have the ability to inspire and motivate others, as well as knowledge of how the Swedish labor market system works. Since the work is partly sales-oriented, you will be perfect for the job if you have a sales-oriented personality. It is an advantage if you have a large network, knowledge of the local labor market, and an established network of employer contacts.
As a person, you thrive when working with people and have good skills in planning and organizing your daily work. You have good communication skills, and experience with coaching is a plus.
