ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Älvsbyn. We are currently seeking temporary staff.
Working hours are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends as follows:
08:00–16:00
16:00–22:00
Weekends 08:00–21:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 60s with interests in reading, spending time outdoors, watching TV, solving crosswords, dining out, and taking trips. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she lives with MS.
The duties include:
Support in daily routines, including cooking and grocery shopping
Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing
Mobility assistance and medication administration
Handling of assistive devices such as catheters, wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs

REQUIREMENTS
You are a non-smoker (the client cannot tolerate smoke)
MERITS
Previous experience as a personal assistant
Medical delegation (authorization to administer medication)
Employment level: Temporary staff as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and approve the use of your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both certificates from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current certificates in accordance with current legislation and the new rules coming into force on March 1, 2026.
