Job Description
In the role of a recruiter with a focus on sales, you are responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent within sales. You will become an important part of our work to strengthen the sales team and ensure that the right people are in place to contribute to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the entire recruitment process for sales roles – from requirement profile to employment
- Create and publish attractive job advertisements
- Work proactively with search via LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
- Conduct interviews, selection, and reference checks
- Collaborate closely with sales managers and team leaders to understand needs and requirements
- Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and working methods
- Represent the company at fairs, events, and on social media
- Work actively with employer branding towards the right target groups
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales
- Good understanding of sales and different sales roles (B2B, B2C, KAM, inside sales, outside sales)
- Experienced in working with search/headhunting
- Experience with recruitment systems (e.g., Teamtailor, Workable, ReachMee)
- Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
