Can you juggle a children's choir, a guitar, and a conversation about life's big questions — sometimes all at the same time?

Do you believe that music sometimes says more than words? That the church should be warm, alive, have low thresholds, and be close to people's everyday lives? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are seeking a parish pedagogue with a musical profile who wants to help create activities and live right in the midst of daily life between the sky and the mountains. Here there is room for baby singing and confirmation camps, school visits and devotions, laughter, choir singing, and those moments when someone suddenly dares to find their voice for the first time.

At our parish, workdays are rarely identical. One day you lead rhythmics with small children who prefer to play on everything except the instruments. The next day you sit with confirmands who ask questions about faith and life. Sometimes the day ends with a musical devotion, a campfire, or an evening where the mountains stand still and the wind takes care of the highest notes.

Tasks (roughly in order of noise level):

• Baby singing & activities for small children and families
• Confirmation students with big questions and varying afternoon moods
• School contacts and meetings in the midst of everyday life
• Bible adventures for children who really want to know if Noah really had room for all the animals
• Children's choirs
• Musical devotions at nursing homes

And sometimes devotions by a mountain waterfall where the wind takes the highest notes first.

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as a parish pedagogue or have other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent
• have musical competence and preferably play one or more instruments
• enjoy meeting people of different ages
• thrive in both planned activities and when everyday life takes a little detour
• have a valid driver's license (Category B)
