Personal Assistant Wanted for a Wonderful Woman in Her 30s

We are currently looking for a female personal assistant who wants to work on a fixed schedule – and preferably more during the summer – for a cheerful and social woman in her 30s.

Our client lives with her parents and the family's small, friendly dog. During the day, she works at a day activity center. In her spare time, she enjoys singing in a choir, meeting friends, listening to music, and coming up with fun activities.

She loves crafting, cutting and pasting, and planning parties. Music is a big part of her life – preferably Swedish pop and old classics. One of her favorite things is playing music loudly in the car and just enjoying life. Sometimes she wants to stay home in peace and quiet on the sofa, and sometimes she wants to go out on little adventures.

As an assistant, you will accompany and support the client with everything she needs help with in her life – cognitively, communicatively, and practically.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is female
• Has a driver's license
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Is flexible and can work inconvenient hours (day, evening, night, and sleeping on-call)
• Has good social skills, is reflective, and has a gentle touch
• Can provide security, calm, and stability
• Is simultaneously energetic, alert, and proactive when the situation requires it
• Has knowledge of or understanding for low-affective interaction

As an assistant, you need to be able to sense situations and adapt to the client's daily mood and feelings.

You are her security, understanding, and ability to collaborate, her arms and legs, even though she is mobile and can walk on her own. Sometimes her understanding or balance may fail, and then a secure person is needed to hold on.

We are looking for someone who can work extra hours and preferably more during the summer.
